Improve the industrial layout, gather domestic third generation semiconductor
In order to adapt to the growing demand for power semiconductor devices in China, to ensure stable product performance and supply chain security, Basic Semiconductor is accelerating the layout of double cycle supply chain at home and abroad, and promote the construction of production capacity. The company has established headquarter base, R&D center and manufacturing base in Shenzhen, silicon carbide chip R&D center in Shanghai and silicon carbide module R&D center in Nagoya, Japan respectively, and silicon carbide epitaxy manufacturing base in Nanjing.
